KIDS INC. is a 501c(3) IRS approved non-profit corporation and charitable organization

established in the state of Colorado March 7, 1990.

KIDS INC's mission is to Create, Educate, Entertain, Inspire and Empower.

The organization has a youth driven focus in four areas.

1. Children's Safety and Wellbeing.

2. Discovering, Developing and Promoting Youth Artists & Entertainers.

3. Creating Safe Family Friendly Social Ecosystems and Events.

4. Creating and Producing Original  IPs that Educate and Entertain.
